Return Policy

 

How can I change the product from my order?

To change all or some of the products of your order you must fill in the form that exists in your order and send it to us (with the courier company stating that it is a return to the e-shop) along with the products you would like to change. You have a deadline of 20 (twenty) days from the date of receipt of the package and the new products you choose should be equal to or greater than the ones you change. The products must be returned to FLEUR within the above period of 20 days in perfect / excellent condition that allows them to be resold (in their original closed or sealed packaging, etc.) and provided that they have not been used or opened or have not been altered in any way.

In case of return or change, who bears the return costs?  

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer except in the case of defective product or non-compliance of the delivered products depending on the order (in this case the shipping and return costs are borne by FLEUR).

Can I request a refund?

Of course! You must fill in the return form that you will find in the box of your order and send us the products in their original packaging. The products must be returned to FLEUR within the above period of 20 days in perfect / excellent condition that allows them to be resold (in their original closed or sealed packaging, etc.) and provided that they have not been used or opened or have not been altered in any way. The compensation is equal to the cost of the returned products and will be paid after the payment of the order of the products, if the return takes place within the period of 20 days.
